ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an Account Manager at MettaDC, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company is growth by managing and nurturing client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding our clients unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to provide clients with the best possible service and support. About You

What Will You Do?

  • Build and Maintain Relationships : Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Client Consultation : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Account Management : Oversee all aspects of account management, including contract negotiations, renewals, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Identify Opportunities : Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.
  • Monitor Performance : Track account performance and client satisfaction, using feedback to continuously improve our offerings and client relationships.
  • Reporting : Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue forecasts, and market trends to inform internal strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working in or with data centers, understanding their operations, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong ability to understand and address client needs, with a track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, market trends, and develop effective strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
